Apparently 'curcumin, the yellow pigment in curry spice, inhibits the accumulation of
destructive beta amyloids in the brains of Alzheimer's patients and also breaks up
existing plaques' and it is moree effective at this than
many anti-alzheimer's drugs.

Curtcurmin is the pigment in turmeric, aka haldi, so get out there and eat yellow food!
