I picked up from Slashdot that Keith Henson has been arrested as a result of a ludicrous case brought by Scientologists some years ago.

Some of you know Keith far better than I do. For those that don't Keith is an anti-scientilogy campaigner of long standing, as well as an SF fan, engineer, and other good things. I had thought he was safe in Canada having fled there after death threats, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I heard about this on slashdot, and then found a couple of blogs that provide more information:
