Monday's times not remembered, but the time in at least isn't valid as I had a few detours and chores.
Today, time in about 50 minutes, time back a bit under 45 minutes, so not too bad.
Central London is being done up for the Falklands comemorations this weekend. For some reason there were a lot of armed police wandering around on Monday - and I don't mean Glocks, this was full blown MP5 SMGs. That kind of thing makes me rather nervous as I don't trust them.
All rather hot and sweaty at thge moment, with high humidity. Not exactly ideal cycling weather.
