Just gentle rain and no thunder at Somerset House so far... however, the radar shows heavy rain on the outskirts to the West.

Well it's wet in South Ken right now!

I can hardly see the end of Prince Consort Road. It's raining as if this was Hilo, for those of you who understand that. Definitely not London rain!

Of course in Herefordshire it got dark about 17:00 yesterday and never got light again. My weekend is cancelled due to flooding! Everything in my diary (and there's normally a choice at weekends) is either cancelled or the other side of floods.
