Just to say this publicly, as I've said to the committee, Recombination was an excellent con that should be remembered for that rather than for the unfortunate incident everyone is talking about.

Kudos to them for a good con, and more kudos for being able to run such an event well and cope with the problems that fate unkindly dealt them.

I look forward to the next event that those behind Recombination organise!

Seconded. I was at the con for the whole of this incident and the con run smoothly, with incredibly interesting panels and good organization.

I did think that providing a bed for occasional attendee napping went deliciously far...

As someone who wasn't at Recombination, I'm rather curious as to what this Incident was about, as all these cryptic LJ posts have been very intriguing :). Still, glad to hear that it all went smoothly in spite of whatever hiccups may have occurred.
