Good runs today - significantly under 45 minutes both in and out. And the trip in was broken by a minute or so at Bishopsgate Tower to thank the man on the gate there for sorting out the cycle lane blocking. So a score there! On the way back I had some particularly good runs with the goddess of traffic lights smiling on me with her green smile.

Interesting experience of the day was getting caught up with a traffic jam in Hyde Park involving the deckchair man's van, a couple of cyclists (including me) and a coach and six. Needless to say the coach won.
