Those of you thinking of buying an EA game for themselves or as a present this festive season might like to read this:

and think twice about it...
EA also seems to be in the process of being sued for these dubious employment practices:

I do avoid their UK outfit, Azda, but employees there are protected from some of the more egregious Walmart management practices by EU employment law.

It's here in Canada. It bought Azda in the UK. It's targeting new countries every year.
Apparently in many parts of the US, with a new Walmart opening every other day, the only competition for Walmart are other Walmart stores. It's capitalism gone nuts!

I think nuts is often the endpoint of unconstrained capitalism... Just look at the US!

I remember when I was small, my father told me "you wouldn't want all the money in the world, because then it wouldn't have any value". I immediately saw the truth in that.
Now that I'm older, I can now see the beauty in that statement: it's a built-in auto reset!
As capitalism goes nuts, and fewer and fewer people have more and more, eventually there *will* be a point where one person has everything. At which point, the mechanisms of trade are broken, and it starts all over again based on something else.... Maybe.
