Is this a good thing? I am a sucker for snow but are you an 'oh cool! it's snowing! such fun!' person or an 'oh God! it's snowing! oh the cold, the mess, and my new shoes!' person?

I imagine that the light dusting that us temperate maritime types call 'snow' would amuse your Canadian friends, especially when it causes such chaos. Stay warm in any case - it looks like the cold will be with us for a while from the forecast.

Sorry, somehow what was meant to be a general comment to everyone who has recieved white treasure from Ulr appeared as specific comment on your entry. Too bad about the melt though! If you come to Canada, we'll share. We have lots! :-)
