The other belief quiz (http://www.beliefnet.com/story/76/story_7665_1.html) says this:

1. Secular Humanism (100%)

2. Unitarian Universalism (99%)

3. Liberal Quakers (86%)

4. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (80%)

5. Theravada Buddhism (74%)

6. Nontheist (73%)

7. Neo-Pagan (69%)

8. Taoism (55%)

9. New Age (53%)

10. Bahá'í Faith (47%)

11. Reform Judaism (46%)

12. Mahayana Buddhism (42%)

13. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (41%)

14. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (37%)

15. New Thought (36%)

16. Orthodox Quaker (36%)

17. Scientology (32%)

18. Sikhism (31%)

19. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (26%)

20. Jainism (25%)

21. Jehovah's Witness (23%)

22. Hinduism (16%)

23. Seventh Day Adventist (15%)

24. Eastern Orthodox (10%)

25. Islam (10%)

26. Orthodox Judaism (10%)

27. Roman Catholic (10%)

No change than, but it seems a deeper and more thorough one than the last one. I also have to admit to not knowing what some of these are - What is New Thought for goodness sake?

And still no Cthulhoid option!

Frankly, I'd be more concerned that you're 32% Scientologist! Eeek! :-)

I think it is easy enough to rack up a highish Scientology score on the social morality section of the quiz. It is also dead easy to kill your RC score there too and I guess [profile] purplecthulu did that alright.

You'll stop worrying when your engrams are reprogrammed.

Remember - brainwashing is good for you!

New Thought is all those posters for transcendental meditation and philosophy one sees on teh Underground.

I like the division between Orthodox and Liberal Quakers. Especially as the Orthodox Quakers *are* the liberal ones these days. What they mean in current terms is Evangelical and Foxite respectively.

Now I'm confused... Are you saying that Orthodox Quakers are liberal and Liberal Quakers are conservative in some way?

Perhaps this is why I'm not religious - its too complicated!

And still no Cthulhoid option! Isn't that covered under Unitarian Universalist? They seem to believe in everything and nothing and apparently I should know (mutter, mutter, stupid, know-it-all quiz).

UUs I know very little about, though there are some people I know who are/were UUs.

All I know about them I learned from this quiz. There is a handy dandy feature where you can find out more about the various categories when the results come up. this isn't the first time I have done this quiz but the last go is sufficiently far in my past that I had to check out the UUs again - ultra-inclusive and hopeful agnostics seems to be a loose definition.

If you're up to it, I am too!

Have to sort out directions though...

I blame it on my "United Church" (now there's a contradiction) upbringing.
