Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1. Walking the streets of cities, finding new things and avoiding major roads. The alleys and minor streets are always the most interesting! Canals, in London at least, are also good!
2. Going to the cinema, preferably not a very full one.
3. Reading a book, usually fiction and usually SF, no matter where.
4. Cooking, especially playing around with good ingredients without a recipe.
5. Listenning to music on iPod or on speakers.
6. Lying on my back on a clear dark night and looking up at the stars.
7. Browsing techy magazines and shops, looking for interesting gadgets and usually not buying them.
8. Browsing bookstores, not necessarily with any intent to buy.
9. First person shooter games, especially if its online shooting, and teaming up with, other people.
10. Watching DVDs or videos or even TV in the conmfort of my own home, with wine or beer on hand.
