Fallout from the fire

Some of you may have noticed that a major computing and electronics lab at Southampton university burnt to the ground on Sunday:

Seems this may have taken with it the major physical sciences preprint repository in the UK, since xxx.soton.ac.uk is no longer working...

Yeah, my brother and some of his friends have PhDs based there and in the building next door. It all went rather spectacularly up in smoke, though I gather the computing support staff are doing a sterling job bringing various things back online, though they do have their priorities.
